Since the beginning, SAPP has aimed to achieve the best solutions for our customers using advanced tooling methods. This is obtained through strong teamwork between our designers and the customer’s responsible for the project. SAPP utilizes over 60 years’ experience in the foundry process. We are equipped with the most advanced technical facilities: we work and produce tooling design with CATIA, Creo, NX, exchanging data through safe channels to protect confidentiality. SAPP thoroughly analyses all parts of the die to identify all potential problems before parts are cast. SAPP uses MagmaSoft for determining the optimal material flow and cavity filling. CAE software packages such as SolidWorks are used for the analysis of the die temperature and the calculation of holder block size and cycle time. |
