SAPP performs production of sample and pre-series parts with the highest level of confidentiality and respect to customer deadlines. SAPP carries out these processes in our own automated productions cells consisting of: - Italpresse 4200 T - LK QDCC 1600 T Automated cells are equipped with furnaces, vacuum systems, lubrication robots and thermo-regulation units. Casting dimensions are thoroughly checked by means of CMM and optical scanning machines. An X-ray cabin is also available for porosity checks on castings. Additionally, SAPP aims to provide the highest level of service for tool maintenance activities, production of spare parts, heat treating and experienced personnel for casting start-up. |
