Manufacturing of HPDC and trimming dies are performed at SAPP facilities. Standard components are purchased from industry leading brands and trusted suppliers. SAPP is equipped with the most technologically advanced milling machines (6, 5, 4 and 3 axis), the latest generation EDM machines, gun drilling machines, grinders and CNC lathes. SAPP has trusted suppliers in the heat treating industry that are compliant and qualified by steel suppliers. All cavities are dimensionally checked, before assembling, by CMM and optical scanning. Die spotting is achieved on our presses, the largest having table dimensions of 2500X2000 mm. SAPP can manufacture dies with a max weight of 80 tons and dimensions of 3000X3000 mm.
